The Mission

Address inequality, discrimination, oppression and harm by equipping future generations with the education they really need to build an alternative to capitalism (we call it Equalism).

What We’re Building…

We are building an educational curriculum for young people that supports them to create ecosystems of equality for themselves and for those around them.

A curriculum and an approach to learning that…

  • Engages peoples’ innate curiosity and ability to learn in a way that works for them.
  • De-centres dominant perspectives that have been centred for centuries.
  • Focuses on applying learning for impact, versus  ‘knowing’ to exert power.
  • Encourages people to intentionally disrupt and change the damaging status quo.
  • Facilitates replacing harmful systems that benefit the few and disadvantage many.
  • Will be freely and accessibly available to everyone with an internet connection.

This curriculum will be freely available to everyone.

When We’re Building…

Why We’re Building This…

Using Education As An Agent Of Change

Since our inception in 2021, we have been focused on the world of work. By supporting numerous clients around the globe – from well-established organisations to disruptive start-ups – we have identified a number of core skill sets needed to create and thrive in an ecosystem of equality.

What we have also found is that very few people have these skill sets; this is by design. The dominant education systems of today have been designed intentionally to maintain the status quo and the positions of those in power.

For education to have an impact and drive the change that will benefit everyone equally, knowledge and learning must be applied; the knowing must become doing. And for education that can walk us along a path to equality, we need to know ‘better’ to do ‘better’…

  • To know better we need different inputs than the ones we received, and that young people continue to receive today.
  • To do better we need different skills than the ones we are all encouraged to practice and hone.

Education can be an agent of change when it is intentionally designed to create change. This is the educational curriculum we are creating at Mission Equality.

Support The Mission

The curriculum we’re building at Mission Equality will be freely available to all. To do this, we need your support in the form of financial and other resources. Can you financially support the mission?
